Having worked within and consulted to five of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in Australia, Pauline has a deep understanding of the local market. She has spearheaded numerous business transformations, delivering better customer experiences and better patient outcomes through strategic decision-making, efficient cross functional operational planning and excellence in execution. This has importantly included the adoption and establishment of omni channel approaches.

Her experience extends to the Asian market as well, particularly Japan, where she lived and worked for several years, gaining valuable insights into doing business in the region.
